Brett Jones

Brett is the Principal Solicitor of Freemont Family Lawyers. Brett has experience in family law matters, intervention order matters, child protection matters and in wills and estate matters.

Before being admitted as a lawyer, Brett was a paralegal and law clerk for a boutique family law practice in Melbourne and regional Victoria.  Brett has prior working experience with the Commonwealth Government's Family Assistance Office and Child Support Agency.

Brett has appeared in courts right across Victoria and appeared or instructed in courts in New South Wales and Queensland.
