Brett Jones
Principal Solicitor
Brett's primary practice areas are in family law, intervention orders, child protection, criminal law and wills, estates and probate matters.
Before being admitted as a lawyer, Brett was a Paralegal and Law Clerk for a boutique family law practice in Melbourne and regional Victoria. Brett has prior work experience with the Commonwealth Government's Family Assistance Office and Child Support Agency.
Brett has appeared in courts right across Victoria and appeared or instructed in courts in New South Wales and Queensland.
Juliana Dleikan
Solicitor
Juliana graduated from Deakin University with a double degree in a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce. She attended the College of Law, where she completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice before being admitted to Practice. Since being admitted, Juliana has practised exclusively in the areas of Family Law and Criminal Defence. She has experience in both parenting and property matters.
Juliana is passionate about providing high-quality and long-lasting solutions and offers clients a dedicated and compassionate approach to resolving matters in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Languages: Juliana is fluent in both English and Arabic.

Rachael has an interest in the psychological aspects of family law matters, child protection matters and intervention order matters and is able to step back and assist clients by looking at the bigger picture and understanding what the issues are to help bring about the best resolution.
