Juliana has experience in a broad range of family law matters, including parenting matters, property settlement matters, divorce matters, court litigation including appearing as solicitor advocate at interim hearings, and binding financial agreements.
Juliana graduated from Deakin University with a double degree, earning both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce. This impressive academic achievement reflects her dedication and hard work throughout her time at university. During her studies, she engaged in a comprehensive curriculum that not only provided her with a solid foundation in legal principles but also equipped her with essential business acumen and negotiating skills.
Balancing the rigorous demands of both disciplines, she developed critical thinking skills, analytical abilities, and a keen understanding of the interplay between law and commerce.
In her Bachelor of Laws program, Juliana explored various areas of law, including family law, contract law, criminal law which allowed her to gain insights into the legal system and its applications in real-world scenarios. Her coursework included extensive research projects, case studies, and practical legal training.
Simultaneously, her Bachelor of Commerce studies encompassed subjects such as economics, business and finance providing her with a well-rounded perspective on family law matters involving businesses and trusts.
This dual expertise positions Juliana uniquely in legal practice, enabling her to navigate complex legal issues.
She attended the College of Law, where she completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, before being admitted to Practice in 2021.
Since being admitted, Juliana has practised exclusively in the areas of Family Law, Intervention Orders, Criminal Defence, Child Protection Proceedings and Wills.
