If you and the other parent have agreed on parenting arrangements and you want a written parenting plan our family lawyers can help. Our family solicitors will give you legal advice about your circumstances, and then prepare a parenting plan that will cover all of the foreseeable parenting arrangements, events and holidays. These arrangements encompass holidays, week to week arrangements, special events, birthdays, phone contact arrangements, education, medial notification and travel notification requirements. While parenting plans are not right for every situation, putting an agreement in writing and having both parents sign the parenting plan is a great way to finalise parenting negotiations and resolve small disputes and upsets.
