Family Law Solicitor - Pakenham Office - Full Time or Part-time
Please note, this position is located at our 16 Station Street Pakenham office. Our Pakenham office is located directly across the road from the Pakenham train station, in the heart of the main Pakenham township, where we are surrounded by shops, cafes and a variety of stores and services. You will love our location, professional office and the freedom.

Qualifications & experience
-
LLB or Equivalent
-
Preferred 2 years experience as a family law solicitor but not essential

Admission as a solicitor and a current practising certificate

Tasks & responsibilities
-
Provide accurate, timely and competent legal advice to clients with a focus on solving a client's issues

Work as part of a team to provide the most appropriate solution to a client's needs
-
Manage legal files, including all aspects of file management and costs management
-
Achieve billable targets through time recording

Undertake continuous professional development and regular case reviews to build your knowledge and skill-set

Remuneration and What We Offer
Depending on experience we are offering between $65,000 to $100,000 on a full time basis, plus superannuation. Subject to availability and business needs, you may also have your own office space.
